Dr. Johannes Wankum has more than twenty years leadership experience as Human Resources Manager. In his last functions he headed the German Human Resources Department of an international pharmaceutical company. He successfully recruited numerous international specialist and executive positions.
In addition, he has gained widespread experience over the years as a trainer and coach for HR professionals, in management consulting and in the professional and effective conduct of entrance and exit interviews. He has also been appointed as lay judge at the Labor Court in Düsseldorf.
Dr. Wankum studied social sciences and received his PhD from the RWTH Aachen with a thesis on the career entry of engineers.
