Axel Kleen has more than seventeen years of experience in human resources management within the pharmaceutical industry. As global Head of Human Resources he was responsible for HR issues of a successful international pharmaceutical company, working both at company headquarters and for subsidiaries at home and abroad. His expertise includes such areas as top management recruiting, HR development and consulting of the board of directors and management.
In 1998 Axel Kleen joined a renowned consultancy as managing partner which over many years he led to further growth and success.
Together with Sibylle Linnebo he founded Kleen Linnebo & Partner Consulting in autumn 2006. As managing partner he is responsible for his own projects as well as for the management and business development of the consultancy.
